There are many similar characters between intelligent warehouse management crane with regular Industrial Crane such as Overhead Crane, Gantry Crane, and normal electric wire rope hoists, the similar characters as below:

1. Functions: Intelligent warehouse management cranes and ordinary industrial cranes are used for handling and lifting heavy objects, with similar basic functions.

But there are many differences and advantages as below:

The difference:

Degree of automation: The intelligent warehouse management crane has a higher degree of automation, which can achieve autonomous handling, automatic stacking, automatic access and other functions through automated systems and sensors, without manual operation. Ordinary industrial cranes usually require manual operation.
2. Accuracy: The handling and stacking operation of the intelligent warehouse management crane is more accurate, which can achieve millimeter-level positioning and stacking, and can make more efficient use of warehouse space. The operation accuracy of ordinary industrial cranes is relatively low.
3. Application scenario: Intelligent warehouse management crane is mainly used in warehouse and logistics center and other scenarios, can achieve efficient cargo access and management. The ordinary industrial crane is suitable for factories, ports and other scenes, for handling and lifting heavy objects.
4. Network connection: Intelligent warehouse management crane usually has a network connection function, which can carry out data interaction and remote control with other equipment such as warehouse management system. And ordinary industrial cranes usually do not have this network connection function.
