一. Before crane working:
a. Check brake, hook, wire rope and safety device components according to the requirements of the spot check card, find abnormal phenomenon, should be excluded. b. The operator must confirm that no one is on the runway or track before turning on the main power supply. When the power circuit breaker is locked or there is a sign, the main power supply can be closed only after the original person has removed it.
二. At work
a. During the operation, the operator shall ring the bell for the following operations in accordance with the regulations. ① Lifting and dropping heavy objects; When driving large or small cars. ② When the crane is driving in the line of sight is not clear, it should ring the bell continuously to alarm; ③ When the crane is approaching another crane in the span. ④ When lifting heavy objects close to personnel.
b. When lifting heavy objects for the first time in each shift (or when the load reaches the maximum weight), the heavy objects should be lowered again after the lifting height of 0.5 meters from the ground, check the brake performance, confirm the reliability, and then carry out normal operation.
c. The operation should be carried out in accordance with the unified command signal.
d. When there is a sudden power failure during work, all the controller handles should be placed in the "zero" position, and the crane should be checked whether the operation is normal before re-working.
e. In the normal operation of large and small cranes, it is strictly prohibited to stop with anti-car braking; When changing the direction of movement of the large and small car, the handle must be placed in the "zero" position, so that the mechanism can be completely stopped before driving in the reverse direction.
f. A crane with two hooks, when the main and secondary hooks are changed and the height of the two hooks is similar, the main and secondary hooks must be operated separately to avoid the collision of the two hooks.
g. A crane with two hooks shall not allow two hooks to lift two objects at the same time; Adjust the lifting mechanism brake when not working.
h. Do not use the * limit position limit brake to stop, it is strictly prohibited to adjust the lifting mechanism brake under load.
