Product introduction

Intelligent Servo Electric Hoist is a special lifting product developed by our company with the intelligent control as the core, and adopts servo motor-drive system and is developed in combination with precision planetary gear reducer.  Similar with many kinds of hoists such as Electric Wire Rope Hoist, Chain Hoist , intelligent hoist, New Chinese Design Hoist, European Type Hoist, etc. All these mentioned hoists are also adopted in cranes as key parts such as Overhead Crane, suspend crane, Jib Crane , etc.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

(1)Easy speed control

It can move at the speed selected by the operator, which is suitable for operating conditions of load cycle transportation.

(2)Balance mode 

Multi-purpose balance mode is equipped. The load can be controlled to move up and down within the effective route and achieve accurate positioning by holding the load with both hands and exerting slight force.

(3) Anti-bounce Technology

This technology can ensure that the equipment will not shift or rebound when the load weight changes suddenly, thus reducing the potential serious injury accidents.

(4) Power-off protection technology

When power failure occurs, the load is braked and locked in place.

(5) Anti-misoperation function

The control handle has a built-in photoelectric sensor. The sensor will limit the operation of the equipment unless the operation is conducted by operator.

(6)Human-machine engineer configuration

The equipment has user-oriented programmable interface application technology. User can set the high/low speed conversion position, upper/ lower soft limit, speed percentage and the height that best suits the operation of workers according to the actual use condition.  

Operating mode of the intelligent servo Electric Hoist includes manual mode, suspending mode and external handle.

a.Manual mode: Equipment will be in the manual mode only when the user hold the handle or press the button of the external handle. The handle will sense the force direction and magnitude of the operator's hand and make corresponding speed and direction adjustments. The force magnitude determines the speed of the equipment.

b.Suspending mode: When a user switches to “suspending mode”through the button, the up and down movement of the load can be realized by just holding the hold.

c.The external handle is an optional part and is generally not assembled together with the coaxial handle. There are two buttons on the handle, which respectively control the up and down movement of the equipment. Different from the buttons of traditional equipment, this button can control the speed of the equipment according to the pressed distance to realize continuous variable transmission (CVT).

d.Standard configuration of the hoist has soft limit function, which easily achieve five functions of setting upper limit, lower limit, downward deceleration, upward deceleration and upward speed recovery. Limit point can be quickly set and cleanup, which can help to realize the auxiliary control of safety production.
